Cooking Notes

• Comes in a 2 oz. package.
• Adds zest to dips, sour cream, tomato juice, and bloody mary's.
• To make horseradish sauce, mix 1 part powder with 2 parts water. Use more or less water for thickening purposes.
• To make mustard, mix equal parts of mustard powder, vinegar, and horseradish powder.
• A little bit goes a long way, so use sparingly
• Add late in the cooking process for optimum flavor.
